Blackpool sign Grayson
Blackpool have signed former Blackburn Rovers defender Simon Grayson on a free transfer, reports BBC Radio Lancashire.

Grayson becomes the Seasiders' first signing of the summer and joins on a two-year deal.

He was released by Blackburn Rovers at the end of last season after almost three years at Ewood Park.

The 32-year-old Yorkshireman played in the top flight for Rovers, Aston Villa and Leicester after starting his career at Leeds.

Grayson - who started training with Blackpool in the summer - has spent the last two seasons on loan at several clubs, including Sheffield Wednesday, Stockport and Bradford.
