Ferguson was not expected to play again until next season

Blackburn midfielder Barry Ferguson is almost ready to return to full training and could play again this season for the relegation-threatened Rovers.
Ferguson dislocated a kneecap in December and was not expected to return until next season.
However, Blackburn assistant boss Tony Parkes said: "He's still working out with the Academy, but he's almost ready for the final push.
"I expect that he will be ready to join the rest of the squad before long."
