Blackburn manager Graeme Souness paid tribute to substitute Dwight Yorke as the striker rescued a point at Wolves.
Yorke was linked with a Molineux move earlier in the week but made light of those rumours with a late leveller.
Souness admitted: "Dwight is unhappy with me at the moment because he's not
starting games, but he showed me how much he wants to start.
"I was very happy with Dwight's performance and he showed me that he still wants to play here."
Souness was relieved to at least take a point as his side went a little way to repairing the damage of a 4-0 FA Cup thrashing at Birmingham.

There's a bit of coughing and spluttering in there but the lads
showed plenty of character

He said: "I thought a point was a fair result.
"I was critical of our side at Birmingham because we rolled over after the
first goal but we kept going and looked threatening against Wolves.
"Dwight came on and did well and could have had a hat-trick on another night."
