Dunn is being targeted by three club
|
Blackburn have revealed that three clubs, including Birmingham City, have shown an interest in want-away midfielder David Dunn.
Rovers have already rejected a £5.5m offer from Birmingham for the 23-year-old on the basis that the Blues only offered to pay £3m up front.
Now, Blackburn chief executive John Williams said they are exploring interest from other clubs.
"Nothing more has happened with regards to any potential move to Birmingham but one or two other clubs are keen on David," said Williams.
"We have reached a position where we have told City what we are prepared to
accept despite being reluctant sellers.
Soon we may think about David coming back to pre-season training

"We don't want to lose him, but equally you don't want to stand in a player's
way when he wants to leave.
"So far we have been unable to reach any agreement and soon we may have to
think about getting on with it and David coming back for pre-season training."
Everton manager David Moyes has already confirmed that he is interested in signing the England midfielder.
"David Dunn is one of several players we are interested in, but no talks have taken place," said Moyes.
Dunn made his England debut against Portugal in December 2002 but was later placed on the transfer list by Souness, who criticised the player's lifestyle.
The midfielder insisted he had done nothing wrong and is now barely on speaking terms with his manager.
