Nafti's return gives Blues more competition in the centre of midfield
Birmingham City manager Alex McLeish has been boosted by the return to full fitness of midfielder Mehdi Nafti.
The Tunisian international has missed the last three games with a hamstring injury but will be available after the international break.
The news is not so good as far as Blues' forward options are concerned.
Cameron Jerome (thigh) and Garry O'Connor (groin) are both expected to miss the home game against Doncaster on 13 September.
McLeish will also be without second-string goalkeeper Colin Doyle, who has been told to rest for a couple of weeks after surgery to remove some floating cartilage from his knee.
Blues are also still missing midfielder Damien Johnson, who is continuing his recovery from a back problem.
