Butt had a torrid first season at Newcastle

Birmingham have signed Newcastle's Nicky Butt on a season-long loan deal, with a view to a £2m permanent deal at the end of the season.
The 30-year-old former Manchester United midfielder has struggled since arriving at St James' Park last summer.
His position was further threatened by the summer signings of Scott Parker from Chelsea and Inter Milan's Emre.
Butt spent three years alongside current Blues boss Steve Bruce during their Old Trafford playing days.
Butt made 28 appearances in his one season at Newcastle, with his one goal scored against Birmingham at St Andrews.
He spent nearly 12 years at Manchester United and has also picked up 39 England caps.
His last outing for his national side was against Spain in November 2004.
