Andy Gray extends contract at Oakwell by another year

Gray joined Barnsley from Charlton in 2009.

Experienced Barnsley striker Andy Gray has exercised an option in his contract to extend his deal by another year.

The 33-year-old forward has made 65 appearances for the Tykes, scoring 13 goals since joining the club from Charlton in August 2009.

His new deal will keep him at the currently managerless championship club until July 1, 2011.

Gray started his career with Leeds United and played in the Premier League with Sunderland.
