Davey has led Barnsley into the top six of the Championship

Barnsley are in talks with manager Simon Davey over a new contract to remain at Oakwell.
The Welshman's current contract runs out next summer and Tykes chairman Gordon Shepherd is keen for Davey to commit to a new contract.
Shepherd told the Yorkshire Post: "We have had preliminary talks and the relationship we have is first class.
"Simon is doing an excellent job and we think it is both expedient and sensible to start talking now."
