Hodges get Tykes job
Glynn Hodges
Barnsley are struggling to avoid relegation
Glyn Hodges has been appointed manager of Barnsley until the end of the season after four months in charge on a caretaker basis.

Hodges said: "Results will determine whether I get the job for longer.

"But I've taken it on and despite the way things have gone since I took over I have enjoyed it and now I've a chance to wheel and deal and we'll see how things go."

Embroiled in a relegation struggle, Barnsley are 20th in the Third Division table, ahead of Mansfield on goal difference, but having played a game more than Keith Curle's side.
