Barnet boss Mark Stimson has made his seventh summer signing by bringing in England C midfielder Rossi Jarvis.

The 22-year-old, who has played 11 times for the England C side, was released by Luton Town in May.

The ex-Torquay and Rotherham loan man, who came through the ranks at Norwich, joins two other England C caps, Glen Southam and Ricky Holmes, at Underhill.

Jarvis scored five goals for Luton in 76 appearances games after signing for the Hatters in July 2008.

He joined Luton following their 30-point deduction and, although in their relegation team, also played in every round of the club's FA Trophy success, scoring the last-minute winner at Walsall.
