Hendrie pays penalty for dismissal
Hendrie knows what his second yellow card means before referee Rob Harris
Aston Villa have taken internal disciplinary action against midfielder Lee Hendrie following his dismissal at Arsenal last Saturday.

Hendrie, who will be banned for next weekend's clash with Charlton, has been fined an undisclosed amount by manager John Gregory.

Gregory has also warned the England Under-21 international that he could struggle to regain his place in the side once he has served his one-match suspension.

"Lee knows that whoever comes into the side when he is suspended will be good enough and determined enough to keep him out," said Gregory.

Hendrie was eventually dismissed at Highbury for a second bookable offence only when Arsenal's Gilles Grimandi pointed out to referee Rob Harris that the player had received two yellow cards.
