Lerner is the sole shareholder of Villa

Villa have confirmed the club has de-listed from the London Stock Exchange after Randy Lerner's takeover.
A Villa statement said: "Shareholders in the former Aston Villa Plc should be aware that on 17 October Aston Villa Plc was de-listed.
"On 13 November the company was re-registered as a private limited company - Aston Villa Limited.
"The sole shareholder of Aston Villa Limited is Reform Acquisitions Limited (Lerner's company)."
