Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill lavished praise on veteran striker Chris Sutton after his goal in the 1-0 win against Everton at Goodison Park.
He said: "Chris Sutton is a quality player and always has been. He was fantastic for me at Celtic, proving himself every single week.
"I thought if he was fit he could be an asset. He is a really astute centre forward and he can only get better.
"Even in training, our young players can learn from Chris."
