Keown's lowdown: "Kieran has only played a handful of games at left-back after being switched from midfield by Arsene Wenger, but has done well.

"I think he fits the bill for a modern full-back. They are key attacking players now and Kieran is a real flying machine down that left flank.

"He had a real battle with Wigan winger Antonio Valencia in the last round and acquitted himself very well."
