Bergkamp's Highbury vow
Dennis Bergkamp celebrates his goal against Borussia Dortmund
Bergkamp is still holding his own at Highbury
Arsenal striker Dennis Bergkamp has denied reports that he will leave the club at the end of the season.

"Despite what you may have read elsewhere, I have certainly not decided that I will quit Arsenal at the end of this season," Bergkamp told his personal website.

Retirement is the last thing on my mind
Dennis Bergkamp

"I've always said that I will make my decision at the end of the season, when a number of options would be open to me, including staying at Arsenal."

Arsenal have shown excellent form in domestic and European competition and the Dutch striker insists that he is committed to winning more trophies for the Gunners.

"With the way I and the team are playing at the moment, retirement is the last thing on my mind.

"I am only thinking of winning matches nd trophies for Arsenal right now," he said.

The 33-year-old has spent his entire career playing at the highest level with Ajax, Inter Milan and Arsenal.

He quit international football after Euro 2000 and is determined to bow out at the top.
