Aldershot are struggling on the road in League Two
Aldershot manager Gary Waddock has promised fans his side will get better after being thrashed 5-1 by Chesterfield on Wednesday night.
The Shots boss went into the visitors end at Saltergate, to apologise to supporters for the second away match in a row, having conceded nine goals.
Waddock told BBC Southern Counties Radio:"Our away form is poor and we know that.
"Once we concede, we don't know how many it'll be, that will change."
After five away defeats in a row, Shots fan and Shotsweb journalist Mike Wray insisted the fans will be patient.
He said: "You can't just change after one or two shocking defeats, he's already proved he knows what he's doing, the loan market in January will be interesting."
