Waddock has been rewarded after a superb first season in charge
Aldershot manager Gary Waddock has committed his future to the club by signing a new three-year contract.
Waddock joined Aldershot at the start of last season and guided the club to the Blue Square Premier title and promotion to League Two.
Coach Martin Kuhl has also been rewarded with a new three-year deal.
Waddock told the club's website: "We had an extremely good season last year and we want to build on that and we have the time to do that."
He added: "The club spoke to me halfway through last season but I had other things on my mind in terms of trying to gain promotion so we discussed it through the summer and I've signed the contract today, with Martin Kuhl, and I am delighted.
"Martin has been first class, I respect him highly as a coach - he's an excellent coach, as he is a bloke as well. From day one we hit it off, he is a major reason we did so well last season."
