Airdrie United have signed former Celtic and Dundee striker Simon Lynch.
Lynch, 26, whose father Andy captained Celtic in the 1970s, spent the early part of his career at Parkhead before moving to Preston in 2002 for £130,000.
After a season-long stint at Deepdale, he had loan spells with Stockport County and Blackpool before returning to Scotland with Dundee in 2005.
Lynch was on trial at Partick Thistle recently but Airdrie boss Kenny Black added him to his squad on Tuesday.
The player notched a creditable 13 goals in 31 league appearances for Dundee but was released at the end of season 2005/06 as the Dens Park club struggled to stay financially afloat.
