The 21-year-old will be eligible for Saturday's League Two clash against Stockport County.
Stanley manager John Coleman told BBC Radio Lancashire: "Andrew is someone that we know, his confidence is high, and he knows all the lads."
Mangan, who left Accrington last summer on a free transfer, will end his loan spell on Monday 24 March.
It's a chance to kick-start his season and it gives us a bit of fire power

Coleman said he felt he needed more attacking options.
"With Leighton McGiven being injured our attacking options have been limited really, we've pushed Shaun Whalley up and he's done quite well and Ian Craney's done well when he's played there.
"We didn't really have any options coming off the bench. Andrew's a local lad, he fits the bill and he's scored when he's played this season, so that's suited us.
"It's a chance to kick-start his season and it gives us a bit of fire power we might have been lacking."
