Aberdeen defender Andrew Considine has signed a two-year contract extension with the Scottish Premier League side.
Considine, 19, scored his first two goals for the club in the 2-0 win against St Mirren on Saturday.
The central defender's new deal runs until 2009 and Considine has also been called up to the Scotland U-21 squad.
"The chance to sign an extension with Aberdeen was a great honour as I am a local lad and love playing for the club," he told Aberdeen's website.
"It has been a good week for me," Considine added.
"The club is moving in the right direction and we are pushing for European football, which is what we want to be doing every season.
"I am enjoying my football at the moment and I look forward to being part of a successful Aberdeen team for many years to come."
The Dons also hope that Karim Touzani and Gary Dempsey will agree terms on new deals.
Striker Darren Mackie signed a two-year extension earlier this week.
