Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood has told Danny Griffin and Neil MacFarlane their contracts will not be renewed at the end of the season.
Griffin has failed to earn a longer deal
Griffin, who joined from Stockport in January, has played just once this month, while MacFarlane has been a peripheral figure since his arrival.
He signed from Hearts during the January transfer window but has started just two games.
Calderwood says he must move players on before bringing new ones in.
