"Motherwell are going to start throwing men forward now, they have to. They're going to leave themselves exposed at the back." St Mirren striker and Sportsound guest Steven Thompson

1342: Motherwell, now down to 10 men, are making a double substitution with Omar Daley and Shaun Hutchinson coming on for Chris Humphrey and Jamie Murphy.

Red card
1341: Red card for Tim Clancy. The Motherwell defender is dismissed after kicking out at Gary Hooper.

"Magnificent. Parry McCourt unlocked the defence and slipped past. But what a ball from Stokes. Hooper just had to tap it in." BBC Scotland pundit Murdo MacLeod at Fir Park

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal

"Celtic have definitely upped the pace." St Mirren striker and Sportsound guest Steven Thompson

1325: Motherwell are almost in as Jamie Murphy bursts down the left and fires the ball across the face of goal. A combination of goalkeeper Fraser Forster and Victor Wanyama get the ball clear and Celtic counter but their decision-making lets them down and Motherwell are able to clear.

1323: Motherwell hold firm as Celtic threaten at a free-kick. The match is almost into its final 25 minutes.

Celtic: Forster, Cha, Rogne, Majstorovic, Matthews, Forrest, Kayal, Wanyama, Commons, Stokes, Samaras.

1134: Whichever team wins today, they will finish the day in second spot, due to Celtic's superior goal difference. A draw would keep Motherwell second.

1132: Second-place Motherwell are currently three points ahead of Celtic in the Scottish Premier League, although Celtic have played one game less.

1131: There's only one match today in the Scottish Premier League, Motherwell v Celtic at Fir Park.
