2002: We'll have the post-match reaction on the BBC Sport website. Many thanks indeed for joining me this evening. Maybe there is something to be said for these early kick-offs after all - the night is yet young. All the best.
2000: swizzo_672 on Twitter: "Let's pretend Celtic lost a penalty in the first minute but equalised in the last. Doesn't feel so bad that way." That's the spirit!
1958: Neil Lennon is unhappy at the referee's decision to award Udinese a penalty in the 87th minute. It looked soft, no doubt, but Gary Hooper did move towards the player and made contact to make a half-hearted block.
1955: Celtic were certainly the better team in the first half; after the break Udinese looked the hungrier side but rarely tested Celtic. Beram Kayal did not have the same impact on the game in the second period. A late penalty is a sore one for Celtic to take. They really should have won this game.
isphotographs on Twitter: "Stunning play but not in a good way" - @liammcleod79 sums up Georgios Samaras perfectly #Celtic #Udinese #bbcsportsound #Europaleague."
1953: Rennes and Atletico Madrid have drawn 1-1, which means the Spaniards and Udinese each have four points, while the French and the Scots have a point apiece.
FULL-TIME: Celtic 1-1 Udinese
1950: We're deep into stoppage time.
1949: Charlie Mulgrew drills a free-kick with that powerful left foot of his right through the Udinese wall - but his effort is parried clear.
1948: Piccoli Neuton was the player fouled by Gary Hooper for the penalty. Celtic have a chance - Georgios Samaras has won a free-kick just outside the box.
A sickener for Celtic as Almen Abdi places his penalty beyond Lukasz Zaluska to level the score.
GOAL! Celtic 1-1 Udinese (Abdi pen)
1945: Gary Hooper body-checks an opponent in his own box and the Italians have a penalty with just a few minutes to go!
1943: Two superb saves in the space of a minute. First, Samir Handanovic tips a thunderbolt from Ki Sung-Yueng over the bar, then at the other end Lukasz Zaluska saves brilliantly a fierce shot from Isla.
1942: Georgios Samaras spurns a chance for Celtic to pierce the three-man Udinese rearguard, passing behind his team-mates when the break was on.
1940: Georgios Samaras is booked for a high challenge on Piccoli Neuton.
1939: Nine minutes remaining in the east end of Glasgow.
1937: Risky, risky. Daniel Majstorovic gives Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu an, er, manly shove to send him sprawling in the box. Many refs would have pointed to the spot for that one.
1935: Lukasz Zaluska is off his line sharply to clear the danger as Tape Doubai races in on goal.
My, my - fans are cruel. How about this tweet from D_A_Roberts in relation to the Celtic substitution?: "Forrest off, dead wood on."
1931: The big Greek has Gary Hooper and Mohamed Bangura for company in the final third, if Celtic can provide them with the ammo for a shot at goal.
1930: Georgios Samaras gallops on to the field of play, with baby-faced winger James Forrest heading off for a cup of hot milk.
1928: Joel Ekstrand's timing is as poor as a novice comedian's. On this occasion, he clatters Mohamed Bangura an AGE after the Celtic striker had passed the ball. Ki Sung-Yueng's free-kick fails to test the Udinese keeper.
1925: Goalkeeper Lukasz Zaluska catches a hopeful - actually, hopeless - high ball into the Celtic box.
1923: Udinese manager Francesco Guidolin is an angry man!
1921: The referee awards a goal when Mehdi Benatia knocks the ball into the Celtic net, but the linesman correctly rules that the sub was offside.
1919: I don't know the Italian for "rocket" but I suspect the Udinese manager Francesco Guidolin launched one in the players' direction at half-time - they are a different team in this half.
1918: "Udinese look a wee bit slicker and sharper. Celtic are looking nervy." BBC Scotland football pundit Murdo MacLeod
1917: Ah, dear. Had my mind on Braga as the second half started. Error corrected - apologies!
1916: Rennes have taken the lead in France against Atletico Madrid.
1914: A driven corner from the right lands a fraction behind the Italian strikers as the Serie A side turn the screw on Celtic.
1913: Udinese are now giving the Celtic defence some work to do, pretty much for the first time in the game. Celtic need to maintain the intensity of their play in midfield to keep control of the game.
1910: James Forrest's incisive run at the heart of the Udinese defence draws a clip on his ankles. Charlie Mulgrew curls a wonderful free-kick round the wall from 22 yards but Samir Handanovic dives quickly to his right and saves at full stretch.
1908: Hmm, Beram Kayal is up for it, though, steaming into the back of a player. Steady on, lad.
1907: The second half has yet to really spark into life.
1905: Udinese have a free-kick wide on the right but Celtic immediately regain possession as the Italians had strayed offside when the ball came in.
1903: Udinese begin the second half. Mark Wilson is on for the home side, with Joe Ledley making way.
1900: I read recently that Braga, who lost the Europa League final to Porto last season, brought only 100 fans to Birmingham when the teams met in the same tournament two weeks ago. It made me think about the relative importance teams place on the tournament and about the difference in travelling cultures of fans in different countries.
1856: So, 45 minutes for Celtic to put themselves in a stronger position in their group, earn some money and boost the country's co-efficient. Who says the Europa League doesn't matter?
1852: TheNamesStevo by Twitter: "A lot of Rangers fans want Celtic to do well in the Europa Cup!! There is some good guys out there #bbcsportsound."
1850: If you'd like to contribute to the live text commentary, please do so by texting 80295 or by using Twitter with the hashtag #bbcsportsound.
1848: In the other match in the group, it is Rennes 0-0 Atletico Madrid.
HALF-TIME: Celtic 1-0 Udinese
1845: Gary Hooper links with James Forrest, who races across the edge of the box and arrows a shot wide of the far post. The young Scot was just a little off-balance when he made contact with the ball.
1843: Text from Steve: "I hope Celtic get a good result tonight. It would give them a confidence boost and serve the Udinese manager right for fielding a weakened team. A total lack of respect for Celtic. Surely if you want to win you field your strongest team?"
1841: Celtic midfielder Beram Kayal is cruising through the game, though he has been booked and will have to make sure his tackles are well timed.
1838: Goalscorer Ki Sung-Yueng pings his free-kick over the wall but it's not accurate enough to double Celtic's lead.
1837: Tape Doubai makes little attempt to get the ball, fouls Mohamed Bangura and Celtic are awarded a free-kick 22 yards from goal.
1835: James Forrest uses his pace to get past the Udinese left-back and fire in a cross, which is headed for a corner. The Serie A side clear the danger but find themselves struggling to get out of their own half.
1833: Neil Lennon will surely be pleased at the first half hour or so. Celtic look fairly comfortable.
1830: Gary Hooper makes space for himself 25 yards from goal, progresses towards goal and smacks a shot at the Udinese goal where Samir Handanovic does well to parry the ball to safety.
1829: Yep, Matthews is back on his feet. Udinese take advantage of Matthews' temporary absence as Almen Abdi blasts a shot straight at Lukasz Zaluska from 18 yards.
1827: Celtic full-back Adam Matthews takes a glancing blow to the side of his head. He should be OK, though, if a bit groggy.
1825: Beram Kayal is booked by the Turkish referee Bulent Yildirim for a challenge on Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu.
1823: Chrismarkey1109 Christopher Markey by twitter using #bbcsportsound: "FAO Alasdair 1811. I checked the uefa website and Celtic haven't been knocked out of any European trophy this season so far." Indeed, Celtic were not knocked out of any Champions League qualifier and are still in the Europa League
1821: Lukasz Zaluska keeps his eye on a low inswinging free-kick into the box by Cristian Battocchio. A decent save - it was one of those free-kicks that you see from time to time evading the entire defence and slipping in at the back post.
1819: My radio colleague Liam McLeod, commentating for Radio Scotland listeners, has pointed out that Udinese are fielding just one Italian player, while there are only two Scots in the Celtic line-up.
1817: Udinese are joint top of Serie A, with eight points from four matches. However, they have brought a weakened side to Glasgow tonight but nonetheless it would be a confidence-boosting win if Celtic can claim this scalp.
1815: Adam Matthews is penalised for a challenge on the right wing after some good build-up play involving Beram Kayal and Ki Sung-Yueng.
1814: "At the moment Celtic are really on top of them and are pressing them high up the pitch." BBC Scotland football pundit Willie McStay
1811: Alasdair is not in a complimentary mood. He texts: "What is the record for a club being knocked out of Europe? Celtic are heading for three KOs, Celtic will lose tonight and their continued European participation is embarrassing."
1810: An anonymous text to from a "severely disgruntled ticket holder, Glasgow": "The 6pm kick off hasn't helped us shift workers. I couldn't get time off and I'm stuck here until 7pm."
1809: It has been an easy opening eight minutes for the Polish keeper Lukasz Zaluska.
1806: Celtic continue their lively start, Mohamed Bangura bursting into the box on the left and going down - no penalty, though.
Well, Celtic have made poor starts a habit in continental competition but not tonight. Gary Hooper was sent sprawling by Joel Ekstrand. Ki Sung-Yueng rammed his penalty expertly high into the net.
GOAL! Celtic 1-0 Udinese (Sung-Yueng)
1802: Celtic's Gary Hooper is brought down in the box and is awarded a penalty.
1800: Celtic kick-off, attacking the Jock Stein stand.
1758: It's a warm, still evening in Glasgow; not as nice as yesterday - that was freakily hot for Scotland in early autumn. In any case, the Italians surely won't be wearing gloves.
1755: The teams make their way on to the pitch as "It's A Grand Old Team" is given its customary airing.
1753: We have no online commentary rights, just radio.
1751: Celtic Park is beginning to look a bit busier but it will be far from a sell-out. Now, is that indicative of the tournament's appeal, the kick-off time or the recession? It seems a long time since Celtic Park and Ibrox were bursting at the seams for European games.
1748: "I think you have to treat this game seriously because if you start to lose all your home games we are in trouble." BBC Scotland football pundit Murdo MacLeod has concerns about Scotland's co-efficient
1744: And Lennon added: "I want us to go out there, get the crowd on our side as quickly as possible and set a good tempo to the game."
1743: Celtic boss Neil Lennon is wary of the counter-attacking Italians, but nevertheless his plan is to attack the visitors. "Udinese are one of the best sides in Serie A at the minute," he told the media on Wednesday.
1741: Celtic have played one match so far in Group I, a 2-0 defeat by Atletico Madrid two weeks ago. The other team in the group is the French side Rennes.
1739: The kick-off at Celtic Park is at 1800 BST. What a horrible kick-off time, which I imagine will be reflected in the attendance this evening.
1738: Udinese are without veteran star Antonio Di Natale, who is allowed to rest back in Italy. Coach Francesco Guidolin was questioned for his decision not to bring any of his other recognised first-team strikers to Glasgow - he is looking for goals from Diego Fabbrini and midfielder Almen Abdi.
1736: So, Neil Lennon has made four changes to his reshuffled Celtic side. Keeper Fraser Forster is surprisingly replaced by Lukasz Zaluska, while defender Glenn Loovens and striker Anthony Stokes are also dropped. With left-back Badr El-Kaddouri also cup-tied, in come Charlie Mulgrew, Victor Wanyama and Mohamed Bangura, who is making his first start.
