By David McDaid

1456: Righty-ho, I'm off. If you've missed the post-match interviews, you can get them at the website soon. And another reminder that yesterday's SPL highlights will be available from 1800 GMT, while the highlights from this fantastic game are available form midnight. I thank you.

1452: Fakirk's manager Eddie May comes over all Greavsie... nearly... he says football's a funny thing, given that he had to field a makeshift team - including his reserve team coach Lee Bullen - and played so well against the league leaders, yet they've struggled with his first choice XI. If you don't know who Greavsie is, I refer you to Google (or your internet search engine of choice).

1450: Celtic's manager Tony Mowbray sounds so dejected. He says that was as bad as the team have played since he arrived at the club.

1447:Right, so where does this leave us? Well, Celtic are still top by two points. But second-placed Rangers have a game in hand. Falkirk's point doesn't lift them off the bottom, they're still four points adrift of Hamilton. But you've got to think it'll give them a massive boost for the rest of the campaign. Time will tell. That's quite philosophical for me...

1445: Some Celtic fans are getting in touch to say that Samaras' late ruled-out strike was actually onside. I couldn't see, myself, but you can double check on our website from midnight, when the highlights go up.

1440: And Falkirk's Ryan Flynn is indeed bestowed the hefty honour of BBC Radio Scotland Man of the Match. Unfortunately for him we don't give out real champers at BBC Scotland...

1438:
Champagne moment
A champagne moment for the Bairns perhaps? They were the best team in the first half, and then came back twice against the league leaders to earn a well-deserved point.

1437: Phew! What a game... errr.... half! Six goals in an astonishing second 45. Who woulda thunk it?

FULL-TIME: FALKIRK 3-3 CELTIC

1435: Samaras has the ball in the net! .... but it's offside. But you knew that anyway as there was no goal flash...

1433: We have three minutes of added time to enjoy/endure depending on your viewpoint...

1431: Flynn takes a knock and is replaced by Stewart Murdoch. He's had a hand in all three of Falkirk's goals. Man of the Match, perhaps?

1429: "The second half has just been absolutely magnificent. It's great entertainment." BBC Scotland's Murdo MacLeod.

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
This is unreal! I was just about to say how you've got to feel sorry for the Bairns after how much they've put into the game. But they certainly aren't feeling sorry for themselves... Flynn (AGAIN!) plays the ball in to Mark Stewart who lashes his shot past Zaluska from angle.

GOAL: FALKIRK 3-3 CELTIC

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
The man they call Skippy has decided to show Tony Mowbray why he should be on the pitch from the start. He's only been on the pitch about 10 minutes but Scott McDonald has an easy tap-in from Samaras' excellent ball across the box. And there was me criticising him for spending too much time out wide. I'll get my coat...

GOAL: FALKIRK 2-3 CELTIC

1419: Bairns sub... Moutinho's off for Lee Bullen. the Portuguese hasn't played for a while, but he's played a blinder today. Bullen, at the tender age of 39, is also a coach at the club. Just shows how stretched Eddie May's squad is.

1417: What a game this has turned out to be. Has anyone else's Predictor been ruined? I had 2-0 to Celtic...

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
No sooner is he on the park than Scott McDonald makes an impact. Fox again the provider with a great cross from the left, and one of the smallest players on the pitch directs an accurate downward header past Olejnik.
GOAL: FALKIRK 2-2 CELTIC

1414: "I must admit I didn't see this fight-back coming," says BBC Scotland commentator David Begg.

1412: What a fixture in which to get your first win of the season. They've got 20 more minutes to hold on. Although they're not doing much 'holding on' to be fair. They're still going at Celtic.

1410: Celtic boss Tony Mowbray wastes little time in changing things on the pitch. Barry Robson and Pat McCourt make way for Zheng Zhi and Scott McDonald.

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
Amazing! Flynn is the creator again picking up Samaras' loose pass before racing down the wing and squaring for Pedro Moutinho who volley's past Zaluska. And he wasn't even supposed to be playing!

GOAL: FALKIRK 2-1 CELTIC

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
It's Falkirk's first penalty of the season as Gary Caldwell brings down Ryan Flynn. Scott Arfield squeezes the spot-kick past Zaluska despite the Pole getting a good hand to the ball.

GOAL: FALKIRK 1-1 CELTIC

PENALTY for FALKIRK

1402: "We asked the question in the first half if Celtic got themselves in front how would Falkirk react... Well they look like they're panicking a wee bit. Celtic have gone up a gear while Falkirk have gone the other way." BBC Scotland pundit Murdo MacLeod.

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
A free-kick on the left, Fox swings it to the far post and Gary Caldwell stretches to direct a good, good header back across goal inside the far post.

GOAL: FALKIRK 0-1 CELTIC

1356: Some better play from Celtic. Good play from Samaras, Robson and Fox. They get a corner, but can't make anything of it. I've watched Samaras a few times this season. Does anyone else think he spends too much time on the wing for a centre-forward?

1354: Aiden McGeady's making some good running down the wing, but there's no one in the box to deliver to.

1348: The second half is underway in Falkirk. Already Celtic start better than their sluggish first 45 performance. I wonder if Tony Mowbray had a few choice words for them in the dressing room...

My Sport
bringthemonjpn on My Sport says: "Falkirk need to think carefully about how to play the second half. Work rate in the first, first class. I think they should an extra man in the middle."
1344: "Falkirk have been fantastic. Eddie will be delighted, and they'll be so disappointed if they play so well and end up not even getting a point." BBC Scotland's Jack Ross praises his old team.

1343: "For me it's been the poorest Celtic performance of the season. They haven't created anything and the middle of the park has been non-existent, and overrun by Falkirk. The two wide players haven't been in the game either." BBC Scotland's Murdo MacLeod let's rip.

My Sport
sgtpeppersabbeyroad on My Sport says "Mowbray has managed to turn a medicore side into a awful one... £2 million for a manager who doesn't have a clue. Gutless, spineless & passion-less performance."

1335:Just to take you through that penalty again... Olejnik saved well enough form McGeady's kick, but the ball fell back to the winger's feet. You would've thought he wouldn't miss twice - especially with Olejnik prostrate on the turf - but the Austrian somehow manages to get a tippy toe to the ball and it spins over the bar. Amazing. And (ahem - plug coming) you can watch it on this website from midnight tonight.

1334: "That was one of the most incredible pieces of action you're likely to see all season." says BBC Scotland presenter Richard Gordon of the penalty save by Olejnik.

HALF-TIME: FALKIRK 0-0 CELTIC

1331: Danny Fox brought down by Alex MacDonald, but Robert Olejnik produces a WONDERFUL double save from Aiden McGeady - first from the spot-kick, and then form the rebound. Incredible stuff!

1330:PENALTY for CELTIC

1322: McGeady shows a bit urgency for Celtic, running at the Falkirk defence and having a crack at goal, which deflects wickedly and nearly catches out Olejnik. The guys on Sportsound reckon that's Celtic's first shot of the game from open play. After 35 minutes!

1319: Celtic are looking a bit disjointed. McCourt just ballooned a pass right out of the park. Falkirk's Portuguese number 7 Moutinho is playing well, setting up Arfield for a shot, which the midfielder mis-hits badly.

1315: Falkirk continue to make all of the running and Brian McLean sends a header over the crossbar from the home side's fourth corner of the afternoon.

1310: Vitor Lima passes up a fantastic opportunity to put the Bairns in front. Ryan Flynn threads a ball into the box, Lima beats the Celtic offside trap, but he can't get his shot past Zaluska who, it has do be said, did really well to come off his line sharply with his defence sleeping.

1309: Celtic's delivery from set-pieces has be generally poor so far. BBC Scotland's Murdo MacLeod isn't too impressed by the partnership of Samaras and Fortune up front - although it's the first time they've played together.

1307:
Yellow card
Falkirk's Scott Arfield picks up a cheap booking for a tackle on Aiden McGeady in an area of the park where there was no real threat of a goal. He's got 70 minutes to play against the winger now without picking up another one.

1305: "Unbelievable! Celtic normally look to go down the flanks, but now they're just looking for the long ball over the top." BBC Scotland's Murdo MacLeod.

1303: Falkirk's teenage midfielder Alex MacDonald showed some good skill, driving in from the right before sending a shot just over. It's all Falkirk right now...

1301: "I'm very impressed by the tempo of the Falkirk side. They're bottom of the table but they're certainly putting the league leaders on the back foot." BBC Scotland commentator David Begg.

1301
1259: It's a bit of a scrap in the midfield, and Falkirk are showing they are well up for it. They're putting Celtic under some pressure. Chris Mitchell has a direct free-kick, but can't get it over the wall.

1257: "Eddie May will be delighted with the start they've made," says St Mirren defender Jack Ross - working for BBC Scotland's Sportsound for the day.

1254: So close from Falkirk there! Darren Barr's header from a corner going across goal and just past the far post.

1253: Lukasz Zaluska put his Celtic team under some pressure there with a poor clearance. Falkirk are showing some good energy and are playing well on the counter attack.

1251: Already Pat McCourt is causing problems running at the home defence. I can see him winning a few free-kicks for the visitors.

1249: Olejnik in the Falkirk goal had to beat away McCourt's free-kick, which almost crept inside the near post.

1248: Anyway, to the football - and we're underway.

1246: Generally impeccably observed. Poor show from a section of the away support.

1244:We're nearly at kick-off in Falkirk. First, a minute's silence on Remembrance Sunday.

Striker Carl Finnigan has been injured in the warm-up, and Pedro Moutinho starts. The Bairns now have only six subs on the bench.

1240: LATE TEAM CHANGE FOR FALKIRK

Bairn_O_Falkirk on My Sport says: "Very young side we're putting out, average age must be around the 21 mark. These guys have been on the fringes for a few years, prove a point lads!"

1237
It's sunny
By the way - it's sunny! Just thought I'd make use of pic. There may not be many more opportunities for a few months...

1232: So that's three changes for the Bairns - Danijel Marceta, Brian Allison and Carl Finnigan in for Jackie McNamara, Marc Twaddle and Kjartan Finnbogason. Tell us what you think on My Sport

1229: Falkirk Team news: Olejnik, Mitchell, Barr, McLean, Allison, Lima, Arfield, Marceta, Flynn, MacDonald, Finnigan. Subs: Wagenaar, Moutinho, Stewart, Moffat, Bullon, Stallard, Murdoch.

1224: Poor Falkirk boss Eddie May doesn't have his problems to seek. He's only won one game in the job, and that was in Europa League qualifying against Vaduz back in July, and he's got a raft injuries for today's match. He also just told Sportsound he's frustrated at the amount of money he's got to spend.

1221: Some Celtic team news for you... They make two changes to the team that drew with Hamburg on Thursday, with Marc-Antoine Fortune and Pat McCourt coming in for Scott McDonaldand Marc Crosas. What do you make of that? Tell us on My Sport

1218:Every game's a big game for these two - for very different reasons. Celtic are looking to extend their lead at the top of the league, while Falkirk badly need to get points on the board at the other end.

1215: Afternoon all! Just the one game today. Falkirk v Celtic. I hope you'll stay with us and send in your thoughts on My Sport
