Hay happy with Pars' start
Dunfermline manager David Hay was not too downhearted after seeing his side pegged back for a 1-1 draw with Dundee United at East End Park.

"The first half was very even but when we went ahead I thought we would go on and win it," Hay told BBC Sport.

"But give credit to Dundee United they got back in the game with a very well worked goal.

"I was pleased with the overall effort. The players gave their all and we could have nicked something at the end."
