Arbroath 2-1 Berwick Rangers

Arbroath stretched their lead at the top of Division Three to six points after beating Berwick Rangers.

Keith Gibson headed the hosts in front after 20 minutes before Berwick keeper Mark Peat made good saves to deny Kieran McAnespie and Josh Falkingham.

But Peat was beaten again when Steven Doris headed Gavin Swankie's corner into the net after the break.

Darren Hill scored an own goal late on but it proved only to be a consolation for Berwick.
