Raith Rovers 2-1 Stirling Albion

Raith Rovers maintained their three-point lead at the top of Scottish Football League Division One with a home win against Stirling Albion.

Grant Murray headed home Allan Walker's cross to give Raith a 35th-minute lead.

But Gordon Smith levelled for Stirling eight minutes into the second half, converting Chris Aitken's centre.

The game looked to be heading for a draw until John Baird met Mark Campbell's knock-down by prodding the ball into the net on 83 minutes.
