Queen of the South 2-2 Stirling

Scottish Football League

Gordon Smith's late equaliser secured struggling Stirling a point away to Queen of the South.

Chris Aitken turned home Tom Brighton's cross from close range after 17 minutes to end the Binos' run of four games without a goal.

But Colin McMenamin scored from inside the box before Ryan McGuffie's long-range effort put the hosts in front.

Stirling were not to be denied and, when Brighton played in Smith, the 20-year-old made no mistake.
