Arbroath 3-5 East Stirlingshire

David Dunn scored a double as East Stirlingshire edged an eight-goal thriller away to Arbroath.

Kieran McAnespie's close-range header gave Arbroath a 23rd-minute lead, but Shire hit back through Scott Johnston and Dunn's superb long-range effort.

McAnespie set up Alan Rattray's equaliser, but Stephen Maguire restored the lead just after the break.

Dunn hit his second, but Steven Dorris scored then missed from the spot before Stuart Beveridge's long-range decider.

Arbroath: Hill, McMullan, Malcolm, Rattray (Wedderburn 67), Chisholm, McAnespie, Falkingham, Gibson (McGowan 87), Paul Sheerin (Dimilta 72), Swankie, Doris.
