Falkirk 0-3 Queen of the South

Allan Johnston scored twice as Queen of the South recorded a comfortable First Division victory over Falkirk.

Colin McMenamin headed down for Johnstone to finish in the 27th minute as the visitors took control.

McMenamin turned scorer 12 minutes later with a powerful 20-yard strike into the top left-hand corner.

Johnston completed the scoring before the break when he connected with Willie McLaren's corner, ensuring Queens moved to within three points of the Bairns.
