Montrose 1-1 Stranraer

Montrose and Stranraer had to settle for a point each after a fairly low-key draw at Links Park.

Stranraer went close in the 16th minute when Michael Moore headed over from close range and Sean Anderson fizzed in a dangerous shot for Montrose.

Montrose broke the deadlock in the 55th minute when Paul Watson's free-kick was headed home via the post by Anderson.

The visitors equalised through Moore's low shot. And Steven Tweed spurned a late chance to win it for Montrose.
