Clyde 0-1 Cowdenbeath

Cowdenbeath rose to the top of the Second Division thanks to a late penalty by substitute Scott McBride which snatched a win against Clyde.

Cowdenbeath came into their stride in the second half and Paul McQuade twice went close, hitting the side netting and then rattling the crossbar.

The Bully Wee also went close when Ally Park's netbound header was clawed away.

A shot by Cowden's Joe Mbu struck Alan Lithgow's arm and Scott McBride buried the resulting penalty.
