Alloa Athletic 1-3 Dumbarton

Dumbarton proved too strong for Alloa to make it three consecutive away wins in the Second Division.

Andy Geegan fired the Sons in front from the edge of the area before Mark Gilhaney equalised with a close-range effort in the 41st minute.

The visitors restored their lead when Alan Cook blasted Chris Craig's mis-directed shot into the net.

And Dumbarton sealed victory when Scot Chaplain smashed in the third from eight yards after 62 minutes.
