East Fife 0-1 Dumbarton

Dumbarton won their second game of the season with a victory at East Fife.

The visitors could have been ahead after just 16 minutes, but East Fife's keeper Stuart Baille pulled off a save from Scott Chaplain's volley.

After the break Fife's Paul McManus set up an chance, but his shot went wide and his side eventually rued the miss.

Dumbarton's Denis McLaughlin pounced after Guy Kerr failed to clear, leaving McLaughlin to grab his first goal of the season for the win.
