Berwick Rangers 2-0 Montrose

Berwick Rangers chalked up a fifth successive home win to retain top place in Division Three but were made to work hard by battling Montrose.

The visitors had the better of the early play before Fraser McLaren, headed past Andrew McNeil from an Elliot Smith cross after 19 minutes.

The second goal came after 56 minutes when man-of-the-match David Greenhill set up a great chance for Damon Gray.

His shot was blocked but Alan Brazil stepped in to hammer home the rebound.
