Stranraer 0-1 East Fife

SFL

Relegated Stranraer completed their Second Division campaign with a home defeat to East Fife.

The visitors had the better of the first half and opened the scoring on 20 minutes, courtesy of an own goal by John Kane.

Kane attempted to head back to his goalkeeper but instead lobbed the helpless Duncan Crossthwaite.

The home side rallied in the second half but could not find the opening that would have brought a leveller.
