Queen's Park secured a vital win over Alloa Athletic thanks to Paul Harkins' surging run and fine finish.

Gardner Speirs' side grabbed their first home win of the season and sent their visitors to the bottom of the Second Division.

Harkins struck 15 minutes from time when he swapped passes with substitute Anthony McGrogan before finishing from 16 yards out.

David Crawford had earlier put up the shutters in goal to keep Alloa out.
