Queens missed the chance to go top as they fought out a goalless draw with Morton at Cappielow.

In a match with few chances the home side dominated the first hour and Stevie Tosh nearly broke the deadlock when he hit the post after 22 minutes.

Tosh was then dismissed just after the hour mark when he earned two yellow cards in the space of two minutes.

Morton's best chance of the game came 10 minutes from time when Iain Russell's effort hit the crossbar.
