Livingston 1-0 Partick Thistle

Livingston took the points with a 1-0 win in an impressive display against Partick Thistle at Almondvale.

The only goal of the game came on the half-hour mark when a left-foot shot by Liam Fox deflected off Gary Harkins and looped over Jon Tuffey into the net.

James McPake almost doubled the lead before half-time when he headed against the crossbar.

Substitute Steven Weir had a late opportunity for Livi but his shot was well saved by Tuffey.
