Ten-man Montrose are still waiting to secure a place in the play-offs after they were held at home by Forfar.

The hosts went ahead when Steven Doris was flattened by Neil Stephen and John Baird scored the penalty.

Forfar equalised after a Chris Anton corner was knocked home by John Fraser but the Gable Endies went back in front through a Doris header.

Chris Heggarty was sent off before Chris Geddes cut in from the right and levelled the game with a curling shot.
