Queen's Park did the double over Raith Rovers in Kirkcaldy this season as Mark Ferry's strike eased relegation fears.
After a dull first half, the Spiders took the lead on 64 minutes when Paul Cairney skipped past Marco Pelosi and squared for Ferry to net from 12 yards.
Queen's keeper Zander Cowie ensured victory late on when he leapt to his right to stop Mark Campbell's header.
Raith were then reduced to 10 men when Ryan Borris picked up a second booking following a dive.
