Robert Sloan's screamer proved decisive as Raith came from behind to claim a win over visitors Airdrie.
Airdrie broke the deadlock in the 21st minute when Stephen McKeown drilled home from 16 yards following a deflected Greame Holmes cross.
Rovers levelled after 65 minutes when Bobby Donnelly hauled down Steven Hislop in the box and Graham Weir slotted home the penalty.
Sloan struck in 85 minutes off the underside of the bar to clinch it.
