Steve Canning scores his second for the Spiders
East Fife staged a late rally but still have it all to do after a six-goal thriller at Firhill.

Steve Canning gave the Spiders the lead with a free-kick, and Micky Dunlop doubled their lead from close range.

Canning notched his second in 46 minutes when his free kick rebounded off the wall and he lobbed the keeper.

Lloyd Young reduced the deficit, before Paul Cairney put the Spiders further ahead. But Greig McDonald gave the visitors hope with a cool finish.
