Raith Rovers have confirmed the signing of French striker Armand One, who had rejected a new deal with Cowdenbeath.
The 23-year-old will play against his former club next season, having helped them win the Division Three title after joining in January.
One started his career with Nantes before moving to Cambridge United, Tamworth and Wrexham before a spell with Partick Thistle.
He scored eight goals in 11 appearances for Cowdenbeath.
