Berwick kept their title hopes alive with a late Stephen Manson strike.
The on-loan Falkirk midfielder scored his first goal since joining in January with just four minutes left to play.
The visitors could have taken an early lead as home goalkeeper Derek Jackson superbly palmed away a firm close-range header from Kevin Haynes.
With the game seemingly heading for a draw, Manson found himself unmarked on the edge of the area before turning and firing a low drive past Jackson.
