Stirling Albion 3-1 Stenhousemuir

ALBA Challenge Cup

Stirling Albion cruised into the Alba Challenge Cup quarter finals after defeating 10-man Stenhousemuir.

Albion opened the scoring when Andy Gibson's run led to the ball reaching Michael Mullen, who slotted home.

Scott Robertson side-footed the hosts further ahead on 47 minutes but Stenhousemuir countered two minutes later when Scott Dalziel fired home.

Andrew Stirling was dismissed for a second bookable offence and David McKenna netted on 80 minutes.
