Co-operative Insurance Cup

Ayr United got the better of nine-man Stirling Albion after extra time in the Co-operative Insurance Cup.

Albion opened the scoring on 16 minutes when Stewart Devine clipped the ball under Stephen Grindlay.

William Easton smashed home the equaliser from long range, while Stirling's Andrew Graham picked up a second yellow card in the 66th minute.

Ross Forsyth also received a second booking in extra time and Andrew Aitken stabbed home the decisive goal.
