Arsenal boss Arsène Wenger insists Aaron Ramsey will not go out on loan when he returns from injury.
The teenage Wales star is making encouraging progress after the leg he broke against Stoke City in February.
But Wenger says when Ramsey returns it will be with Arsenal and he will not go out on loan as has been suggested.
"What is important is that he comes back into the group now and that he plays for a while with us," Wenger told the Arsenal website.
"At the moment we are not talking about [a loan] at all.
"He is making surprising progress with the team so no [we won't loan him]. Though there might be some clubs who want a good player like him on loan.
"At the end of the month he should be alright to play in the reserves. That is the target."
The 19-year-old has been out since suffering fractures to the tibia and fibula of his right leg after a tackle by Stoke's Ryan Shawcross.
After months of rehabilitation work in the gym, he has begun outdoor training at the club's London Colney complex.
