Bangor City chairman and director Ken Jones has announced he will step down at the end of December.
Jones says that he is stepping down to concentrate on his car dealership business, which is suffering in the current difficult financial climate.
"I have made a very difficult decision. I think I've taken Bangor City as far as I can. The club's in very good shape now," Jones told the Daily Post.
"I can't manage both jobs and I need to concentrate on my business."
Bangor City president Gwyn Pierce Owen is also set to step down from his position with the Citizens due to ill health.
Jones added that he was proud to have been involved in a period with the club that has seen them clear their debt, win the Welsh Cup and compete in Europe.
