Former Wales striker Nathan Blake has left Newport County less than two months after joining the Conference League South side.
Nathan Blake scored one goal during his time with Newport
Newport manager Peter Beadle told the club website: "When our short-term deal had come to an end, we were unable to retain Nathan's services.
"I'd like to thank him for his efforts on our behalf."
Blake, 34, ended his County stay as an unused substitute in Saturday's 2-1 defeat away to Cambridge United.
In all, Blake made two starts, four substitute appearances and scored one goal for Newport since signing at the end of August.
The club has also lost Tony Butler, as the defender has returned to Forest Green after his one-month loan period.
